• Send OTP verification codes to customers via WhatsApp or SMS
• Verify customer identity for COD orders
• Automatically manage order status based on verification results

• Process billing and subscription management

We use the following third-party services:

• Twilio: For sending OTP codes via WhatsApp and SMS. Twilio's privacy policy applies to message delivery.

We retain OTP verification records for 90 days for analytics and support purposes. After this period, records are automatically deleted. You can request earlier deletion by contacting our support.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. OTP codes are generated and verified through Twilio's secure Verify API and are not stored in our database.

• Request deletion of your data
• Uninstall the app at any time (all data will be deleted within 48 hours)
